The postponed Spring Parade of Homes is finally here! As we adjust to new ways of doing business, we are excited that this annual scattered-site tour is able to take place. Showcasing Fargo-Moorhead’s best builders, contractors and designers, you’ll gather inspiration from the 43 homes on this spring’s tour.
All New Gutter is proud to feature 15 homes on the 2020 Spring Parade of Homes! We worked with several area builders to protect and beautify their properties, including AP Signature Homes, Bachmeier Custom Homes, Building Concepts, Crist Construction, JMW Construction, Krueger Construction, LivWell Homes, Platinum Homes, and Thomsen Homes.

Parade of Homes Event Details
This year’s Spring Parade of Homes is taking place over three weekends plus Mondays in order to allow time and space for social distancing. You can visit homes on the tour on June 6-8th, 13-15th, and 20-22nd. Homes are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon to 5 PM. On Monday evenings, visit from 3 PM to 8 PM. As always, admission is free. Be sure to pick up your guide at all area Hornbacher’s stores in the Fargo-Moorhead area for a fold-out map showing all Parade entries.
